- Severity uses the axe-core impact tiers: critical, serious, moderate, minor.
- Status moves from Baseline (initial finding) to In progress (remediation scheduled or underway) to Resolved (fix deployed and verified).
- Items are aggregated by rule and area. Per-page selectors and HTML snippets are tracked internally and available on request.

Email accessibility@shield-brief.io with the page URL, browser/AT, and a description of what went wrong. We respond within five business days.
